Within our company, we are happy to train student mechanics to become fully qualified mechanics.
We do this through a 'work and learn program', in which you gain practical experience four days a week. During these days you will get to know various disciplines within our company, such as Electrical Installation Technology, Automation, Panel Construction and the Service and Maintenance department.
The fifth day you go to school, where you work with other students of the same age to acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge. Regular consultation takes place between you, your school mentor and your internship supervisor within our company. After two years you will have completed the basic training and can continue your studies or specialize in a specific field. We also offer you the opportunity to continue working with us and build your career.
